. A non-refundable $25.00 application fee is required.
Tuition for K5-11th grade is $3500 per year and $1895 for K4. A
%10 discount will be given for each additional child in the household.
Lunch can be purchased or brought from home.
After School Care is available from 2:30 until 6:00 pm for an additional
charge for students enrolled at WWCA.
Each classroom has computers and internet access.
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex

Entrance Requirements:
WWCA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national
or ethnic origin when considering applications of prospective students
or personnel. The Head of School will interview new students, with
their parents. Following a receipt of student records, reference
checks, and payment of application fees, the Head of School, may
admit a student.
The Head of School along with the Academic Advisory Council will
determine placement of students at any grade level or in any course
after reviewing appropriate student records and consulting with
the previous school’s Principal and/or teachers, as deemed
necessary. Wishes will be given consideration; however, the decision
of The Head of the School is based on data reflecting what is in
the best interest of the child and is, therefore, final.
Admission Procedures
Students entering K5 must be five on or before September 1; Students
entering kindergarten and first grade must provide birth certificates
to the school office before enrollment is completed.
All students K-5 through grade 12 must present a completed
certificate of immunization to the school office. A copy of an official
birth certificate must be on file.
Students who are presently enrolled at WWCA will be
given a chance to re-enroll each year before new students are accepted.
After re-enrollment, there will be a one-week enrollment period for
new students to enroll. Assuming there are vacancies, waiting lists
will be considered as follows:
1. Families with additional children enrolled.
2. All others on a first come bases.
Parents are to send or bring to the school office, a
completed application together with the registration fee. The administration
then schedules an interview with the parents. Students must accompany
parents for this interview to adhere to achievement, behavior, and
Christian education philosophy.
All records from the previous school must be presented
before enrollment is compete.
All students are accepted on probation for a period
of six weeks. Students in grades 7-12 will be accepted on following
basis only:
1. Re-enrolling students who meet above criteria
2. New moves who meet above criteria
3. Circumstances that substantiate a desire for a Christian education
and is approved by the administration.
